I had a great stay at the hotel, especially since it was perfect for us traveling to and from Germany via Dover. The rooms were just what we needed with thoughtful touches, although being above the loud drink vending machine was a bit bothersome. The consistent temperature of 26 degrees was lovely, only slightly dropping by morning. The location was quiet and ideal for an excellent night's sleep, with the bar and restaurant right at our doorstep. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with superb options at times but also unorganized and disappointing service. Overall, a handy location with just enough extras for a comfortable stay.
